Tanger Center sets new record for Broadway Season

In partnership with Nederlander and Professional Facilities Management (PFM), the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts has announced it has set a new venue record with 17,440 season seat memberships for the First Bank Broadway, 2024-25 Season and is very excited to also announce that First Bank will continue as the title sponsor.

The 17,440 memberships eclipses the Tanger Center’s previous high of 17,414 season seat members going into the inaugural 2021-22 season.

“Our reality has exceeded our dreams for our First Bank Broadway series at Tanger Center,” said Lynn Singleton, President of PFM. “Along with Nederlander, we are proud to partner on the largest one-week subscription base in North America! We continue to thank the Triad community for their support and look forward to many more ‘thrilling’ Broadway seasons coming to Tanger Center in the future.”

“The First Bank Broadway Series continues to the be the engine the drives the success of the Tanger Center,” said Scott Johnson, General Manager of Oak View Group which manages the Tanger Center and Greensboro Coliseum Complex.  “Our thanks to Nederlander and PFM for bringing another fantastic lineup of shows to Greensboro that has generated such a tremendous amount of excitement. We can’t wait to begin this record-setting season next month with MAMMA MIA!”

The record-setting 2024-25 Season will be sponsored by First Bank. The leading independent, full-service community bank in the Carolinas, First Bank has sponsored the Tanger Center’s Broadway Series since the 2022-23 season and has renewed its agreement to continue as the series’ title sponsor for the next three years.

• BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE MUSICAL: May 6-11, 2025
• SOME LIKE IT HOT: June 24-29, 2025
• In addition to the seven Broadway season shows, two special Broadway ‘add-ons’ include:

  • THE BOOK OF MORMON: Apr. 18-20, 2025
