What if I miss my renewal window?

If you do not renew by April 16 at 3 p.m., your seats will be released and you will have to purchase a subscription as a new member in the coming months.

Can I change my seat location or performance?

You must renew your current season seats to be eligible for upgrades/changes. In the coming months, we will be sending emails with times and options for exchanging and adding-on tickets to your season plan. Remember, you must renew your current seats to be eligible for an upgrade.

Your upgrade opportunity is based on the order in which you renew your seats after those who have chosen to auto renew their season seats. So the earlier you renew, the earlier your chance to upgrade your seats!

How do I reduce the number of seats I want to renew?

Email CustomerCare@TangerCenter.com to reduce the number of seats on your invoice prior to making any payments.

How can I add seats to my subscription?

Currently, you can only renew your current seats. New season seats will be available in the coming months and we will email current subscribers to add on full season packages ahead of the general public. Please keep in mind that with our current number of season subscribers, it’s likely you won’t find seats adjacent to your own.

Can I add VIP parking or the Prelude Dining Experience?

During your purchase process, you will also see VIP Parking and Prelude Dining Experience available for add-ons.  You can do this in Account Manager as you renew your Broadway season seats.

  • If you are signed up for auto renew and had VIP Parking this past season, it will be renewed into your account for the 25-26 season.
  • If you are signed up for auto renew and did not have VIP Parking last year but wish to purchase, you can add it in Account Manager, pending availability.
  • If you have already purchased or renewed your seats without adding on these amenities, you can simply add in Account Manager. Please note that VIP parking is limited and may be sold out for some performances.


We remind you that President’s Club includes VIP Parking and will be added in your account by management.

If you add on VIP parking, it will be included in your ticket book (if purchased by June 17 at 3pm ET).

Will the pit be seated for shows this Broadway season?

When offered, priority for pit seating on Broadway season shows is given to President’s Club. Subsequently, Broadway Season Seat Members will be notified of available pit seating via email during the Add-ons and Exchanges period, with a specified deadline for completion. Any remaining seats are then made available to the general public.

For the upcoming 25-26 season:

  • There are currently no shows on SEASON that will have the pit seated.
  • One of our Broadway special add-ons, SIX, will have the pit. Because it is not a SEASON show, those seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Do I choose which shows are in my subscription package?

As a Broadway Season Seat Member, you are subscribing to all eight shows on the Broadway season. Please note that this is not connected to concerts, Greensboro Opera, Greensboro Symphony Orchestra or the Guilford College Bryan Series.

How can I exchange my season tickets?

Season Seat Members are able to exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same show with no additional service charges. We recommend exchanging as early as possible for best seating options, as inventory can become limited.

  • If changing performance day(s) or seat location(s), a price difference may apply.
  • Exchanges must be complete by 3pm on the Friday prior to the show opening. Account Manager and the Call Center will be unable to accommodate exchanges made after this deadline.

  • Due to print deadlines, your exchanged tickets will NOT be in your printed season ticket booklet. You will need to manage your updated tickets digitally in Account Manager.

Can I add on seats for individual shows?

When adding seats for individual shows to your season tickets, be aware that seating may be limited and you likely will not find seats available next to your season seats. Please note that tickets added to your season account are subject to convenience fees and price increases as inventory becomes more limited.

  • Each subscriber can add tickets for each of the 8 shows in 2025-2026 season.  The ticket limit for each show this season is 4, but is subject to change.
  • Add-on seats do not roll over to another show if unused. For example, you can’t add on 3 seats to SHUCKED because you only added-on 1 to OUTSIDERS.

  • Please note that with the number of subscribers we have, you're unlikely to find seats directly adjacent to your own.
  • Due to print deadlines, your add-on tickets will NOT be in your printed season ticket booklet. You will need to manage your updated tickets digitally in Account Manager.
  • If you wish to pay for your add-ons with a Tanger Center gift card, please visit us in person at the box office.
  • Add-ons must be paid for in full, you cannot add to a current payment plan.

If I choose a payment plan, when do my payments start?

  • If choosing a payment plan, you will make $100 down payment to secure your seats. Then, payments will start on May 1 and run on the 1st of each month after for the duration of the plan that you choose.
  • If you are on auto renew and chose the 6 month payment plan, your first payment will be on March 10 and be billed on the 10th of each month after for the duration of the payment plan. If you chose to auto renew with "pay in full" option, your payment will be processed on March 10.
  • Please note for subscribers who have renewed AND added on new season seats: payment plans cannot be combined. If you have a payment plan for your renewed seats AND your new added seats, payment plans will remain separate.


Please do not make additional payments through Account Manager, as this will not prevent the automatic draft.

Will I have to pay for a seat exchange?

While we do not charge a fee for subscribers to exchange performances, please remember that seating options can be limited and if changing into a higher priced performance or seating location, a price difference may apply. We also remind you that exchanges must be complete by 3 p.m. ET the Friday prior to the show opening.

What if I want to split my account with someone?

To split your account with another patron, please email us at CustomerCare@TangerCenter.com prior to renewing your seats and/or making any payments. Accounts cannot be split after 3pm ET, April 16, 2025. After this date, only the owner will be able to manage tickets on this account.

Will my season tickets be mailed?

Season ticket booklets will be mailed in late summer 2025, approximately one month prior to the season beginning, unless you signed up for the Mobile Only option, which means you forego a season ticket booklet.

Please note that due to printing deadlines, only members who purchase their Season Seats by June 17 at 3 p.m. ET will receive a ticket booklet.

We strongly encourage you to keep track of your dates in Account Manager. We also encourage you to check out the benefits and ease of mobile ticketing by visiting TangerCenter.com/MemberMobile.

  • Please note:
    • If you make add-ons or exchanges, your ticket booklet will be out of date. For example: if you change your Tuesday season ticket for Shucked to the Wednesday performance, your ticket booklet Tuesday ticket will no longer be valid. So, you can access your new Wednesday ticket via Account Manager and/or Mobile Ticketing (referenced above).
    • If you purchase a subscription after June 17 at 3pm, you will not receive a ticket booklet and will access your tickets in Account Manager.
    • Tickets will be available to manage in Account Manager in late summer.

Can tickets be exchanged for other shows within the series?

No, exchanges can only be completed for the purpose of moving subscribers to a different night during the run of the same show. For example, tickets for SHUCKED cannot be exchanged for OUTSIDERS.

More add-on/exchange questions

  • Are there additional costs for adding-on/exchanging seats?
    • If exchanging seats to some of equal or lesser value, this is considered an even exchange, no additional payment will be needed. 
    • If exchanging seats to some of greater value, the difference in price must be paid, though there are no additional service charges.
    • Differences in price cannot be applied to an existing payment plan.  All upcharges must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
    • If you are adding-on seats for single shows on this season prior to the event going onsale to the general public, there is a $16.02 per seat service charge in Account Manager or at the Tanger Box Office.
    • Please note that prices are subject to change at the direction of the touring companies at any time and you may have to pay a difference in price upon their direction.
  • Will add-ons, like VIP parking and prelude experience, be valid for a new show date if corresponding show tickets are exchanged?
    • Parking passes will still be valid for use once during the run of the show and do not need to be adjusted if show tickets are exchanged to a different night.
    • Patrons with Prelude Experience tickets need to contact the call center or visit Tanger Center Box Office to have their tickets adjusted if changing performance nights.

  • If someone exchanges into/out of President’s Club, what amenities do they receive?
    • If a President’s Club Season Member exchanges out of President’s Club for a single event, they maintain their President’s Club amenities.
    • If a regular subscriber exchanges into the President’s Club for a single event, they do not receive President’s Club amenities, like VIP parking.

What are my parking options for the season?

  • Please note: space is available on a first-come, first serve basis; only good for the Broadway show noted on your voucher.

VIP Parking is extremely limited, but can be added in Account Manager if available.

  • VIP parking is available as an add on during your invoice renewal process.  This is $200 for the whole season (plus taxes/fees).  VIP parking is the on-site surface parking lot located directly adjacent to Tanger Center and is the closest parking to the venue. 
    • VIP Parking is included with President’s Club season tickets.
    • You can purchase VIP parking for select shows once the individual shows go on public sale if you don’t want to purchase for the whole season.
    • We have limited accessible parking in our VIP lot, which is $25. Please note that we have ADA drop-off at the front of our building on Abe Brenner Place if your party wishes to park in a deck or other location.

What are my dining options for the season?

  • Click here for information on our Prelude Dining Experience.
  • During your checkout process in Account Manager, you will have the option to purchase the Prelude Dining Experience for the night of your show performances.
  • Please note that the Prelude Dining Experience is not available for matinee performances.
  • The Prelude Dining Experience includes the following:
    • Enjoy interactive food stations and the inclusion of wine before your show in the Koury Grandview Room on the 3rd floor.
    • This is $50 per ticket per show plus applicable fees/taxes.
    • There is no price difference for children.
    • Prelude Dining Experience begins an hour and a half prior to show time.

Can I purchase Prelude Dining for all shows in the season?

There is not a ‘season’ for Prelude Dining like there is for parking, but you are able to select prelude for each show, should you choose. We remind you that Prelude Dining is not currently available on matinee performances.

Can I get a refund for my seats after I renew or purchase my tickets?

Those who chose to auto renew have until March 24, 2025 at 3 p.m. ET to request a refund for their entire season.

We do not offer refunds for season tickets or individual shows.

Are there any Broadway add-on shows this year?

Beetlejuice, Les Misérables and SIX the Musical are currently available to subscribers. Please follow us on social media and stay tuned to TangerCenter.com, as well as be on the lookout in your email, for any new show announcements. 

What if there is a show that I don't want to see as part of the season?

We do not offer flexible season plans.  As a Season Seat Member, you are renewing for all 8 Broadway season shows.

When the option becomes available, you would want to use the resell option in your Account Manager account to properly sell your tickets or you could transfer unwanted tickets to a friend.

When will transfer and resale options be available in Account Manager?

Transfer and resale will be available in the subscriber’s account when each single event opens for public sale.

Can I purchase my seats with a gift card?

Patrons are unable to use a gift card when paying through Account Manager but can use a gift card if purchasing in person at the Tanger Center Box Office. Please note that payment plans will not be available if using a gift card, as we will need a valid credit card in place to set up the payment plan.

Content Advisory

Some shows do not appeal to every guest or every age. Broadway shows will offer a varied range of entertainment that could include sudden loud sounds, strobes/flashing lights, adult language, adult situations, or fog and haze. Patrons are responsible for making an informed purchasing decision on show content. Each Broadway show has its own web site that describes content and age recommendations.

Please note: All patrons will require a ticket to this performance, regardless of age.  Many Broadway shows require that children must be at least 6 years of age to attend and accompanied by an adult.

Some shows or events do have a different age policy and Tanger Center will note these on the individual show web page for each event. Family shows such as Disney Live, Paw Patrol and Sesame Street Live may require all children 1 year of age and above to have a ticket. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing others guests. Infants are not recommended. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, children who are disruptive to other guests will be asked to leave the auditorium seating area. All sales are final, and no refunds will be allowed for removals due to disruption. Please check with the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts at 336-373-7400 if you need more clarification.

Inclement Weather

Performances at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts will plan to go on as scheduled. If weather conditions prevent you from attending your scheduled performance, the Tanger Center staff will try our best to assist you. However, please note that availability for exchanges may be limited and all Tanger Center sales are final. Please note that Tanger Center weighs the safety of our audiences, staff and performers greatly into any decisions made regarding performance schedule changes.
