Automatic Renewal of Broadway Season Seats
By choosing to "auto renew," your current season seats will be programmed to renew each Broadway season. It is the ultimate convenience and means that your membership is secure year after year, using your most current payment method and season seats.
- The deadline to sign up for auto renew for the 25-26 season is Friday, Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. ET.
- If you are a current Season Seat Member who already signed up for auto renew, you are all set with your account. You do not need to manually renew your season seats or sign up for auto renew again.
For members enrolled in the "auto renew" program, we will begin to process payments approximately two weeks after the new season announcement date, in the early part of 2024.
Not interested in the 2025-26 season? No worries – we offer a refund guarantee if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of our season announcement. Please keep in mind that if you request a refund for your upcoming season seats, you will lose these seats for both the upcoming and future Broadway seasons.

Will my VIP Parking automatically renew also?

Yes! If you purchased VIP Parking for the 2024-25 Broadway season, this will automatically renew for the 2025-26 Broadway Season. The cost will be added into the payment option that you choose (whether in full or over 6 month payment plan).
If you do not currently have VIP parking, it can be added (based on availability) once the new season is announced.

Is Prelude Dining available for automatic renewal?

No: There is not a ‘season’ for Prelude Dining like there is for VIP parking, but you are able to select Prelude Dining for each show (once the new season has been announced), should you choose, and must be paid in full in Account Manager. We remind you that Prelude Dining is not currently available on matinee performances.

When will you charge my card?

We will send you an email, in the early part of 2025, which announces the full season lineup. For members enrolling in the "auto renew" program, we will begin to process payments approximately two weeks after the new season announcement date.

What if I don't like the upcoming season?

If you are not interested in the 2025-26 season, we offer a refund guarantee if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of our season announcement. Please keep in mind that if you request a refund for your upcoming season seats, you will lose these seats for both the upcoming and future Broadway seasons, and have to purchase as a new subscriber.
The request to refund your season will need to be made in writing by email to CustomerCare@TangerCenter.com within 30 days of our season announcement.

What if I want to change my performance time or seat location?

After the renewal period, you will be at the front of the line for upgrades, ahead of members who did not automatically renew.

What if I need to split my account or reduce the number of seats?

If you need to split your account or reduce your seats, you will have to let us know that before we process your auto renewal payment (2 weeks after the new season announcement). You can do this by emailing us at customercare@tangercenter.com

Can I use a payment plan with auto renewal?

You can either pay in full or use our 6 month payment plan.
Payment options for auto renew are limited to pay in full or a 6 month payment plan. Additional payment plan options will be available for renewing subscribers when the season is announced and the renewal period begins.

How do I change my payment method for using auto renewal?

We will process the last card that was most recently used through your Account Manager. If you want to change the card being used, you can change in Account Manager, or email us at CustomerCare@TangerCenter.com, or call us (336.373.7575) before the 2-week period after new season announcement in early 2025. Please do not send your credit card details via email.

Can I purchase additional season seats and enroll them into the auto renew program?

If you would like to add-on a seat, you may do so during the subscriber season add-on period, which will come after renewals and upgrades have taken place.
If your account is on the auto renew plan and you add additonal seats, those new seats will be enrolled in "auto renew" for the following season.

Will my add-on shows or seats be included in the payment plan with my auto renew seats?

Single show add-ons must be paid in full at the time of purchase, and are not eligible for the season payment plan.

Is there a deadline to sign up for "auto renew"?

The deadline to sign up to "auto renew" for the 2025-26 Season is December 13. You can still sign up after this date, but it would not be in effect until the 2026-27 season.

Do I need to sign up for auto renewals based on the number of seats in my account?

No, you only need to sign up for automatic renewal once per account. Your account will remain a part of the auto renewal service for future seasons unless you email us to opt out.

Why don’t I see my current season seats listed when I try to sign up for auto renewals?

You will see one general admission event purchased into your account when you sign up for the auto renew service, but you will be renewed for the same seats that you purchased for the 2024-2025 season.

Will I receive a ticket booklet if I sign up for auto renewals?

All season subscribers will receive a printed commemorative season ticket booklet for the upcoming season, including those that choose to automatically renew. You can choose to opt out of a ticket booklet during the auto renew process or email your ticket preference to us at customercare@tangercenter.com.

Why is the balance for my auto renewal $0?

Pricing for the 2025-26 season has not yet be finalized. It costs nothing to opt into the service and you will not be charged for the cost of your subscription until after the season announcement has been made.
